Create your order first. You can then use bank transfer or direct crypto payment in SOL, ETH or BTC. Always use the payment details generated for your specific NOVA order.
After creating an order, choose an asset and enter the wallet/address you expect to send from. NOVA generates a 15-minute live quote. The exact last digits are intentionally made distinct from other active orders so identical GBP orders can still be matched separately.
01
Enter the expected sender
Provide the wallet/address you expect to send from. If an exchange does not expose its actual source address, enter Exchange/unknown.
02
Create the unique quote
Choose SOL, ETH or BTC and check the network, receiving address and exact crypto amount. Do not round the amount.
03
Send before the quote expires
Send the exact amount shown. If the quote expires before you send, generate a fresh quote rather than using the old amount.
04
Submit the transaction ID
Paste the blockchain transaction ID into your NOVA order. A transaction ID cannot be claimed by two different NOVA orders.
Bank transfer
Four steps to complete a bank transfer.
Keep your confirmation page open while you make the transfer so every detail can be checked.
01
Prepare your order
Add the required research materials and specifications to your cart, then open checkout.
02
Create the order
Complete checkout first. Your confirmation shows the exact GBP total, a unique order reference and the payment methods currently available.
03
Add the payee
For bank transfer, create a new payee using the account name, sort code and account number shown on your order confirmation. Use the IBAN only if your bank requests it.
04
Send the exact payment
Transfer the exact order total and copy the unique order reference into your bank’s payment reference or description field.
Before paying
Check every detail.
✓The crypto amount exactly matches the unique amount generated for this order — do not round it
✓The selected asset and blockchain network both match the order quote
✓The receiving address exactly matches the address shown by NOVA
✓Enter the wallet/address you expect to send from where available
✓After sending crypto, submit the on-chain transaction ID for verification
✓Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key or banking password
Payment safety
Use only details generated by NOVA.
Never substitute bank details or a crypto address received through social media, an unsolicited message or a third party. Sender-address matching is supporting evidence rather than the sole proof of payment because exchanges, Bitcoin multi-input transactions and some wallet infrastructure may not expose a simple sender address.
ImportantNOVA Labs will never ask for your wallet seed phrase, private key, banking password or one-time security code.
After payment
Keep your confirmation and track the order.
Crypto payments are matched using the blockchain/network, NOVA receiving address, exact unique crypto amount, submitted transaction ID and expected sender where technically meaningful. The transaction hash and on-chain destination/amount remain the primary evidence.
Confirmation times can vary. If the status does not update immediately, do not make a second payment for the same order.
