This form may be used if you are a UK consumer with a statutory right to cancel a distance contract. You do not have to use this exact form; a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. Business and research-organisation purchases may have different cancellation rights.

What happens next
The cancellation and return time limits, refund timing, return-cost information and rules for faulty or incorrect goods are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Keep a copy of the cancellation notice and any proof of return.
